I know what it feels like when everything falls apart.
After my own burnout in tech sales, a divorce, and severe health issues, I hit rock bottom. I lost my health, my confidence, and my sense of who I was. Everything I'd built felt like it was crumbling.
So I stopped. I took a break from life and went on a journey of deep self-discovery. I studied psychology, mindfulness, somatic practices, and Compassionate Inquiry. I learned how to actually feel my feelings instead of pushing them down to release them. I learned how to heal instead of just cope in survival mode.
That journey saved my life. And now I guide others through their darkest moments.
