Hi, I’m Lauren

My self-discovery journey started after a burnout, divorce, and severe health issues. After experiencing reaching rock bottom, having lost my health, my home and my confidence, I took a break from life and went on a journey of self-discovery to seek answers behind repeating patterns I didn't want to play out anymore and transformed my career.

Therapy gave me a place to reflect and feel my feelings. I uncovered the inner functioning of my mind and my beliefs and how they were linked to the conditioning of my upbringing. Therapy help me see how I was unconsciously playing out a life I didn’t choose for myself, a life I thought I ā€œshould leadā€œ based on my inner programming. While I became aware of wanting to make a change, therapy alone wasn’t enough to recover, to decide what I wanted to create for myself nor to make a deep lasting change in my way of being.

Coaching taught me that I could change my actions, with more self-awareness about my inner functionings and my needs. By focusing my energy consciously on specific intentions and committing to an outcome, by being held accountable, I learnt I could change my behaviour and my feelings. I realised I wasn’t a victim of my conditioning, I had the power to change.

In Bali, I learnt that I could shift my energy to feel more calm with various practices. At the time, I couldn't eat, I had lost 10Kg, I had sever acne, and suffered with panic attacks. My body was screaming for help. During many retreats, workshops and courses, I discovered the science of the mind-body connection. How my distressed mind was reflected in my distressed body and vice versa. Practices such as yoga, meditation, mindfulness, sound healing and many more slowly gave me faith in recovery being possible. By calming my body, I could calm my mind to see more clearly, and by shifting my energy, I could feel better. It is only when I felt better, that I could think better, and create better.

After a successful career in Tech Sales, I spent 10 years of experimentation, self-inquiry, self-care, and self-recovery, while learning my new craft as a Leadership Trainer and Executive Coach. I noticed that high perfomance was directly linked to people capacity to access a state of calm to be more self-aware and make better decisions. I started to blend my work with mindfulness and created my own training digital hybrid programs.

Today, I have developed transformational group coaching journeys, content and tools to support you on your journey of self-discovery. to improve the quality of your life and your career.
