Hi, Lauren
I am a Professional Certified Leadership Coach and Trainer, currently taking Gabor Maté’s Professional CI Training programme to become a CI Practitioner.
I chose to take this course to become trauma informed. This will equip me with an approach to support my client’s conscious / suppressed emotions, and identify when trauma may be at the source of their challenges to guide them to meet their business or personal goals. This approach will allow me to go deeper with clients to refer to relevant somatic practitioners or therapists when appropriate.
During this year long training, I am practicing CI weekly with peers. I have witnessed and experienced the benefit first hand and look forward to integrating this approach with my clients.
Until then, I am looking for volunteers to practice to submit case studies for my certification.
You can find information about the Professional CI Training programme here.
What is the offer?
I am proposing to invite you to join 5 free Compassionate Inquiry 60mins sessions on zoom during UK time.
• You will be encouraged to bring a specific intention to each session.
• You will determine how much to engage in the session and may request to stop at any time.
• You may be interrupted during the session to bring you into awareness of the present moment and to body sensations and emotions.
• You will set the pace of this inquiry.
I would like to state that I am not a therapist. These sessions are not a replacement for therapy. It's an approach therapists and other practitioners use to inquiry into themselves as described above.
I am a Professional Certified Coach and intend to apply this therapeutic approach with my coaching clients. In these sessions I am not acting as a coach, but simply inviting you to practice the CI approach for my training course certification.
