Couple Therapeutic Coaching

Who It's For: For couples who’s relationship has been under strain for a long time, and would like to get out of a rut and rebuild and save their connection. For couples who have tried to fix it themselves and fear an imminent seperation but are not sure what to do next. For couples who would like assistance to achieve an amicable separation or divorce. For couple with or without children.

What You Get:

  • Weekly 60-minutes couple sessions for a fixed duration

  • We explore your concerns, drivers and ideal goals

  • We set a mutual agreements to reflect your intentions

  • We go on a journey to face hard truths with compassion and safety

  • You walk away with an outcome which was co-created and consented

Behavioural Change is Hard!

It will always be hard to change. Human Beings are conditioned to resist change. Staying with familiar know habits is seen as safer than any alternatives regardless of whether they are better for you or not! Why?

Because 95% of your thoughts, feelings and emotions are subconscious. 

This means you are only aware of 5% of what controls your actual life everyday! And because you can't change what you can't see, you need to better understand your subconscious programming if we want to successfully change it to overcome your challenges.

All my services are designed for you to learn to access a state of calm to see more clearly, practice feeling the difficult feelings you may have avoided to release them form your body, and when more space is made, start to envision what situation or life you prefer to create for yourself instead.
