Changing ourselves is hard!

Always has been and always will be, because 95% of our thoughts, feelings and emotions are unconscious.

Until we learn to see the unseen unconscious mental and emotional patterns in ourselves, we will revert back to our childhood conditioned patterned.

This is why we know what we should be doing to feel better, but we don’t. Something is in the wya of that!

So, because we can't change what we can't see, we need to better understand our unconscious programming if we want to successfully change it to overcome our challenges.

You can try to learn by trial and error, but if you have been stuck for a while, the likelihood is that you need support to get out of your own way. In these times, we all do.

Our mind will always try to keep us in our familiar ways. That is what holds us from changing because change is new and unfamiliar.

This is why change is so hard, particularly when we are in a low place with low energy.

Rest assured, you are no longer alone with this, and if you want to, you can move on a lot faster and create the life you want for yourself.

It is now just a choice.
