Each programme is 1:1, fully confidential, and runs for 6–12 months depending on your goal and pace. Sessions are weekly or bi-weekly. A 90 days intensive option is also available. Between sessions you will have simple, tailored daily practices, typically 15–30 minutes, designed around your life, your schedule, and your personality.

Is this therapy or coaching?

It is professional coaching adhering to the ICF code of ethics. A forward-looking, goal-oriented, and structured process around your desired outcomes. But it incorporates therapeutic tools (Compassionate Inquiry, somatic practices, HeartMath) to work at the depth where lasting change actually happens if you are open to it. You get the safety of a therapeutic space with the momentum of a coaching programme.


I have tried coaching before and nothing stuck. Why would this be different?

Because most coaching goes straight to strategy and skips the other dimensions of your Being: your Mind, your Heart, your Body and your Soul. If your nervous system is dysregulated, your lifestyle is depleted, and your emotional patterns are running on autopilot, no goal-setting will create lasting change. If you are disconnected from your body you will run out of steam at some point. If you learn to access your intuition you create a competitive edge and additional power to increase your impact. This programme addresses all three layers before asking you to build anything new.

Do I need to be in a particular kind of crisis to work with you?

Not at all. Many clients are performing well by most measures and simply know their quality of life is not what it could be. There may be an imbalance between their home and work life they want to address. The only requirement is that you have something yu want to change and are ready to invest in yourself and willing to look honestly at yourself to evolve and level up. We are are greatest limitation. The good news in that, is that we therefore also have the power to unlimit ourselves!


How is this different from a wellness app or self-help book?

Information create new awareness but rarely creates transformation. You likely already know what you should be doing. Equally 95% of your thoughts, emotions and actions are subconscious so there is always something you unlock in the journey of self-mastery. What this programme provides is accountability, personalisation, a therapeutic space for the emotional work that apps cannot hold, and a structure that builds momentum over time for lasting successful behavioural change. If you could do this alone, you would have done it by now. We can’t change from the same level of consciousness. We need guiding by someone who is already where we wan to be.


What do I need to commit to between sessions?

Between sessions, you will have simple daily rituals and practices, typically 15 to 30 minutes per day. These are tailored to your life, your schedule, and your personality type. The change happens in the sessions; the work happens in the moments between them. You will have access to your coach and online resources in between sessions.
