Keynote Public Speaking
Self-Leadership to Find Peace, Power & Purpose.
Human Beings make emotional decisions which they then justify rationally. Only 5% of your thoughts, feelings, and actions are conscious. The other 95% run on autopilot, driven by our nervous system's stress responses. This means that our unconscious patterns, emotions, reactions, and decisions are being shaped by beliefs we don't even know are running our mind. When we want to make a successful change, this matters!
Most personal development focuses on changing your actions. This keynote reveals how the way you think and feel, impact your actions and how coherence matters to find alignment in your life and work. Lauren Cartigny BIO
For 11 years, Lauren Cartigny excelled in high-pressure tech sales roles at hypergrowth companies like LinkedIn, Equinix, and Rackspace. When burnout hit, it was not just exhaustion, it was followed by divorce, which led to a complete gut health and nervous system shutdown that manifested in severe chronic pain and acne. During recovery, she discovered her burnout was not a failure of willpower but a dysregulated nervous system from being in survival mode for her entire life! She earned her ICF PCC coaching and PCM Leadership trainer credentials, and specialised in HeartMath, Mindfulness, Compassionate Inquiry (Gabor Maté's method), and the applied business psychology of Process Communication Model used by Nasa in selecting astronauts. Today, Lauren teaches the neuroscience of the mind-body connection and how it drives self-leadership mastery for sustainable high performance.
She founded The Self-Science Lab, a personal and professional development training and coaching company focusing on self-leadership for high performance and well-being. Based in London and having lived in Paris, Lauren is fluent in French and English and works with managers, leaders, and organisations across Europe. She does not tell people to "relax more." She teaches them how to lead themselves by better understanding how they relate to their mind, body, and soul while providing practical, science-backed tools to self-regulate under pressure. Her message is clear: Sustainable high performance is not about pushing harder. It is about learning to perform from a place of well-being.
